Fruits are full of flavonoids, antioxidants, enzymes, electrolytes, and highly alkaline foods. Fruits are astringent so they clean the cells and they also strengthen them at the same time. The lymphatic system relies on hydration and alkaline chemistry to move and drain.
All you have to know if you have chronic lymphatic congestion in the body is to have pain in tissues throughout the body. You may not have pain everywhere but if you have pain in certain tissues then this is an indicator of chronic lymph stagnation.
If you want to keep the cells strong and clean then I highly recommend you hydrate and eat fruits. Don’t fear the sugar because fruit sugar fuels the cells and nerves. Anyone that has neurological issues go on a fruit diet and experience nerve regeneration.
Acid-forming foods dehydrate and damage cells and fruits are alkaline dominate in nature. Grains, beans, eggs, oils, dairy, animal tissues, and all processed foods are acidic. These foods dehydrate the cells they don’t strengthen them.
If you don’t eat fruit the least you can do while transitioning into a cleaner diet is to have a fruit breakfast every day and over time your body will naturally crave nourishing foods, not foods that mess with the chemistry in the body creating addiction similar to drugs.
Most cooked foods only play 1 role and that acidifies the body and irritates the mucosa making them mucus-forming foods. Adopt a fruit-based low protein living foods diet and start cleaning and strengthening your cells. Give it time to adjust to this lifestyle and I promise you this diet can change your life forever mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
