What about protein?

What about protein? by Mariah Mazza

The need for a high protein diet is a damaging lie that we were sold long ago… we receive enough amino acids in vegetables & fruits which are the simple building blocks of protein, amino acids are easier to assimilate & to break down. Protein is too complex for the human body; we require the simple chained amino acids for health.

We pay a price through our life force energy & our health when we ingest complex, protein rich foods such as animal products or meats… We require calories to sustain physical activity, not animal products, realistically consuming animal products is unnecessary & only a matter of choice when the abundance of plants are available…

When one truly examines the truth regarding the massive & harmful operation behind bringing animal products to your plate, combined with how regular consumption of dairy, eggs, meats degenerate human health, one must admit that consuming them has everything to do with taste, habit, convenience, tradition & addiction… That is all.

There is no humane way to consume animals or their by- products period. “If you don’t care about animals, then that is your expression & declaration to the world”. I choose to do better for myself & the world around me… nobody is perfect, however, we can lessen the harm we cause with each choice”. You cannot claim to care about animals & continue to eat them; this is what we refer to as cognitive dissonance. It’s an impossibility. It is different when it is a matter of survival, & longevity is not your focus.

However, if you want to evolve to the next level, the first step is to remove animal meat & their by-products from the diet. Consuming a high protein diet rich in animal products will ensure the inevitability of two things:

  1. Health issues/expression of symptoms (gout, arthritis, inflammatory issues, heart attacks, diverticulitis, stomach/bowel problems, constipation, liver issues/anger, etc.,) the list is endless as symptoms are merely messages from the body revealing that one is not providing the correct fuel & external conditions for the body to maintain health.
  2. Eventual dependence on the medical system that cannot help you to heal, they can only offer symptom suppression drugs (or surgery) that may appear to rectify the issue in the short term- only to create additional drug diseases & long term issues.

Honestly, if self sufficiency & independence is your goal, it’s counterproductive to eat a diet high in protein. Why do you think that we’ve had the mainstream doctors, governments, scientists & nutritionists banging the high protein drum for so long? Do you think they have your best interest at heart? Do you think they are particularly knowledgeable in the world of health and human dietary requirements?

You can tell a lot about an individuals health from outward appearances and I have a personal rule, if they do not radiate health in their own individual way, I don’t generally take them as a credible source. For 8 years now my diet has consisted of foods rich in amino acids (low in protein) in the form of fruits, greens & vegetables. I avoid protein rich foods for the sake of my health, and yes, I have muscle & am very active in everyday life. Not everything is at it seems.
